DESCRIPTION
This IO concerns laboratory activities with social educators and teaching staff. They will apply the knowledge acquired by attending the training module. They will work together to design and develop social innovative solutions using digital technologies. They will leverage creativity and the arts to develop new ideas for the social inclusion of disadvantaged people.
NEED ANALYSIS
The social educators and teaching staff who participated in the IO1 training activity must apply the knowledge acquired through laboratory activities in which they use the creativity and the arts to design innovative digitally-based solutions for social inclusion.
LABORATORY ACTIVITIES
Partners will organize two types of laboratory activities:
- Type 1. Learners will work individually under the supervision of an expert educator.
- Type 2. Learners will work in groups under the supervision of an expert educator.
All the laboratory activities will be carried out remotely.
Partners will involve external experts as testimonials.
Each partner will organize:
– n. 1 laboratory of Type 1 involving 7 learners.
– n. 1 laboratory of Type 2 involving 12 learners divided into three groups.
TARGET GROUPS
The target groups are social educators and teaching staff.
The selection criteria will be:
– achievements in the training course (IO1);
– interest in participating in the laboratory activities;
– gender equality
